Each session is approx. one hour. All training must be paid prior to the start of any training session. See staff for other memberships, family plans and training options.
Single Session: 45-60 minutes
Single Day: Multiple sessions on same day.
Athletic Training: Sports specific training only.
Youth Training: Sports & Self-Defense training.
Adult Training: Sport, Self-Defence, and training.
Unlimited Training: Includes Adult Training Package, Yoga, and Tai Chi.
Private Training: One on one training in any of our programs. (excludes firearms)
Basic Firearm: Basic firearms safety
Enhanced Firearm: Training for Enhanced Carry Permit
