MARTIAL ARTS TRAINING
Martial Arts (MA): The Gordon Systems™ Martial Arts systems focuses on the traditional aspects of self-perfection that is found in martial arts disciplines such as karate, taekwondo, and kung fu. A heavy focus is on technical development of the fundamentals of the martial arts disciplines. This training will instill self-discipline, self-confidence, and an indomitable spirit to get through life stressors.
These are just a few of the benefits from training in the martial arts disciplines. We refer to these stressors as internal fights. This training can be done at any age and helps individuals, physically, emotionally, and mentally, get through some of life’s fights.
The Gordon Systems™ arts, and disciplines are meant to complement each other. The Martial Arts, Combat Sports, Functional Fitness, and the Combatives (Defensive Tactics, Survival Tactics, Reality Based Systems) all are pieces of the overall system. Each piece will make the individual a more well-rounded disciplined person.
OUR HYBRID KICKBOXING® (HKB) SYSTEM COMBINES THE MARTIAL ARTS PHILOSOPHIES OF TRADITIONAL MARTIAL ARTS (TMA), THE ATHLETIC TRAINING METHODS USED IN COMBAT SPORTS, AND THE MODERN SCIENCE DEVELOPED IN THE REALITY BASED SYSTEMS (RBS).
